Responsibilities

Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships through responsive and proactive communication
Leading client support calls and meetings, documenting discussions, and managing follow-up action items
Translating client needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions
Managing client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and project scope
Contributing to client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Leading or supporting multiple clients engagements simultaneously; managing time to address differing client priorities
Tracking tasks for multiple projects at once both internally and externally (client-facing tasks) to execute against deliverables
Tracking project deliverables and ensuring timely completion with quality standards
Escalating complex issues to senior team members with appropriate context and recommendations
Maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions, decisions, and system configurations
Administering client CRM platforms including Salesforce (NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud) and Virtuous CRM, along with integrated systems
Providing real-time troubleshooting and support for CRM-related issues and break/fix requests
Enforcing data hygiene best practices through cleaning, standardizing, and deduplicating donor records
Fulfilling administrative tasks including user provisioning, permission management, and security settings
Creating and modifying custom fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet client requirements
Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to support client fundraising and operational goals
Conducting system testing to validate enhancements, customizations, and integrations
Utilizing tools such as DataLoader, Excel, Alteryx, and other data manipulation platforms for data preparation and migration, ensuring data integrity throughout the process
Supporting CRM implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-launch stabilization
Assisting with data migration planning, mapping, validation, and execution
Utilizing ETL (extract, transform, load) tools such as Alteryx to prepare data for migration
Contributing to system configuration based on client business requirements and nonprofit best practices
Developing and delivering end-user training sessions and materials (user guides, process documentation, knowledge base articles)
Identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhanced user adoption
Developing expertise in nonprofit fundraising concepts, donor management strategies, and sector best practices
Building knowledge of AmPhil’s service offerings, methodologies, and key figures in the nonprofit landscape
Contributing to firm culture through strong engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Participating in internal training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
Supporting business development efforts through proposal contributions and client references when appropriate

Required

At least two years of professional experience, including some time spent in a data-related role

Understanding of database structures and nonprofit fundraising operations
Adaptability to meet evolving client needs

Preferred

A liberal arts background
Familiarity with the nonprofit landscape
Experience with Salesforce, Virtuous, and other CRM platforms
