Responsibilities
Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering- You’ll be a go-to resource for our clients within 30 days and an IT subject matter expert for your Rippling colleagues within 60 days
Be a trusted implementation partner to our clients:
You’ll need to understand the client’s current technology requirements as it relates to Rippling
You’ll need to guide the customer to install and adopt Rippling’s IT solutions
You’ll need to train the customer on Rippling IT products
You’ll work closely with Implementation and the rest of the Customer Experience organization to ensure the client is set up for success
Partner with our Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to evolve our process and product
Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
A passion and curiosity for all things related to IT
4+ years of experience managing an IT set-up at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions
Strong understanding of MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related solutions
Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure, and Okta
Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Ability to manage client relationships: strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
