Responsibilities

You’ll own how projects are set up, tracked, billed, and reported in Oracle Fusion PPM so time, cost, and revenue all line up cleanly
You’ll work directly with stakeholders to design solutions that support how projects truly operate while keeping Finance confident in the numbers
You’ll spend most of your time configuring and optimizing Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Resource Management, making sure PPM integrates smoothly with core Financials and that reporting tells a clear, accurate story
You’ll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and improve how projects are managed across the organization

Required

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM (EBS or Fusion)
At least 2 full end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
Strong functional knowledge of: Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management
Solid understanding of: Subledger Accounting (SLA), GAAP principles, Revenue recognition (IFRS 15)
Experience working across PPM and core Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Comfort working directly with business stakeholders to define templates, burdening, billing, and revenue logic
Experience supporting data migration using FBDI
Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations (OIC or REST APIs)

Preferred

Oracle Cloud Project Management Implementation Professional certification
Experience building OTBI or BI Publisher project dashboards
Prior work in large or complex project environments
