Win new contracts and grow existing accounts across the North
Spot opportunities to expand our presence in the municipal and utilities market
Guide your team to be confident, trusted partners for our clients
Report on sales performance and develop clear growth strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of success in B2B sales
B2B sales experience, ideally in equipment rental, waste management or utilities
Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching sales teams, with a history of developing people and driving results
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with public and private sector clients
Organised, self-motivated and confident using CRM tools and reporting software
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands
