Lead, train, and grow a high-performance sales team
Hold the team accountable to proven sales processes (no shortcuts here)
Have daily one-on-one check-ins with each team member to coach, motivate, and develop skills
Create a fun employee environment that inspires growth and teamwork
Ensure every customer enjoys a world-class purchase experience they’ll want to tell their friends about
Drive consistent phone follow-up with clients still searching for a vehicle
Ensure after-purchase follow-up calls are made to build lasting relationships and repeat business
Build a team culture where people want to stay, succeed, and grow

Required

Automotive dealership experience is required
