Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to middle office accounting
Review, document, and analyze accounting and position movements across different systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting workflows run smoothly
Support daily operational processes from start-of-day to end-of-day
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of experience
Hands-on middle office accounting experience
Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, specifically middle office accounting
Good understanding of portfolio management and daily operations
Experience tracking accounting and position movements
Background in front office accounting or reconciliation
Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to tools like Aladdin, RKS, or Geneva (Aladdin preferred but not required)
