Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure, ensuring security and performance
Architect end-to-end data solutions, Ownership , integrating data sources, processing systems, and AI/ML platforms
Build conceptual & logical architectures for data-driven programs
Provide guidance on data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data integration
Provide guidance on cost-effective solutions that are scalable and performant
Implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance where needed
Qualification
Required
15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in solution architecture or data architecture roles
Proven expertise in designing and implementing cloud solutions (Azure preferred)
Strong experience with data architecture, data governance, and data security
Proficiency in code & infra optimization techniques and able to support the engineering team to adopt the best practices
Proficiency in data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and big data technologies
Experience with AI/ML solutions and integrating them into business processes
Exposure to GenAI/LLM solutions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's Degree [Technology preferred] and equivalent work experience
Preferred
Certifications: Azure Solution Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer, or similar
Strong understanding of AI ethics, explainability, and fairness
