Scalence L.L.C. is looking for a skilled engineer to design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity Platform. This role is critical in securing digital identities, enabling seamless access, and ensuring compliance across enterprise systems.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Ping Identity components using Java and Groovy
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and infrastructure
Implement identity flows including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Build RESTful APIs for identity services and external integrations
Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues
Collaborate with DevOps, security, QA, and business teams to support deployments and testing
Document IAM architectures, workflows, and technical specifications

Required

5 years of experience with Ping Identity IAM solutions (AM, IDM, DS, IG)
Strong Java and Groovy development skills
Experience with REST APIs, LDAP, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

Preferred

Prior work in financial services or regulated environments
Experience with identity governance and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
Experience with monitoring tools (SPLUNK, Dynatrace, and Prometheus)
