They are seeking an Environmental Health Senior Data Management Analyst to provide routine data collection and cleaning for the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program and support complex data analyses for environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide routine collection and cleaning of data

Produce data for the Environmental Health Epidemiology Bureau, primarily the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program

Apply advanced research and/or management analysis to support more complex data analyses for the surveillance of childhood lead data and other reportable environmental conditions

Provide coordination with computer systems personnel

Produce blood lead data records that have complete information and can be entered into the Healthy Homes Lead Poisoning Surveillance System (HHLPSS)

Required

Associate Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Accounting

One (1) year of directly related job experience in the areas of office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management, contract management, and/or in the procedures of business and management principles involved in strategic planning

Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling three (3) years may substitute for the required education and experience

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License

Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification within six (6) months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment
