Diagnose transmission issues using diagnostic tools and road tests
Repair, rebuild, and replace automatic and manual transmissions
Remove and reinstall transmissions and related components
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Accurately document repairs and labor performed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of professional transmission repair experience
Strong knowledge of automatic and manual transmission systems
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical transmission issues
Familiarity with diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must supply own tools
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (THC is not tested)
