You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day
During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will inquire about vacant units, ask to walk units, notate repairs and review with head of maintenance or property manager
Working from the office involves reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong rapport skills and persistence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Sales experience is strongly preferred
