Business Development Associate - NYC
Paradex is a DeFi Supercenter that is transforming the decentralized finance landscape. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving new business opportunities across the Americas, leveraging your knowledge of the derivatives space and crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement
Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across the Americas, tailoring your approach to meet client needs
Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries
Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows
Experience in electronic trading is a huge plus
2+ years on an institutional sales desk with derivatives experience
At least 1 year within crypto institutional sales
Strong connections within the crypto community
Proven ability to leverage relationships to meet business objectives
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills
A clear track record of exceeding revenue goals
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong time management skills
Capability to work seamlessly with a globally distributed team
Basic SQL and Python skills will be a bonus
