The Senior Quality Reviewer will be responsible for conducting reviews, providing feedback, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Contributing to the State of Maryland’s pursuit of CQL accreditation
Onsite meetings with residential and day service providers
Conducting Basic Assurance reviews with providers
Conducting interviews related to Personal Outcome Measures (POMS)
Providing feedback and technical assistance to providers
Data entry and writing summaries
Participating in various quality improvement initiatives
Collaborating with stakeholders at the Developmental Disabilities Administration Regional Office

Qualification

Developmental disabilitiesPerson-centered practicesQuality assurance experienceBachelor’s degree in health servicesExperience leading othersCQL

Required

At least four years of experience supporting the needs of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities
Knowledge of person-centered practices
Bachelor's degree in a health or human services field
Experience leading others
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region

Preferred

Experience in quality assurance and / or conducting assessments
Knowledge or training related to CQL
