Responsibilities
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of internal communications strategy and processes to lead the strategy and successful delivery of global internal communications products and overcome technical challenges
Work closely with global and regional internal communications stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements for projects, work requests, and change activities related to internal communications technologies
Contribute to the selection and evaluation of internal communications technologies, platforms, and hardware, ensuring alignment with Alcoa's technical standards and business needs
Collaborate on design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security discussions with the technical product team, internal communications business partners, and vendors for internal communications technologies
Qualification
