Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and leadership positions, from sourcing through placement
Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand organizational needs and succession plans
Implement creative sourcing strategies, leverage executive networks, and conduct talent mapping to attract exceptional candidates
Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations and oversee the interview and selection process
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure job postings reach the right audience effectively
Maintain a proactive pipeline of executive talent for current and future opportunities
Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability
Deliver a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in recruiting executive and senior-level talent across multiple regions
Deep understanding of leadership competencies and executive search methodologies
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools
Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results
Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)
