Inside Sales Operations Support (BDR/CRM Admin)

They are seeking a consultant to accelerate robot sales for one of their key channel partners, focusing on Salesforce administration and CRM workflows to maximize the Account Executive's customer-facing time.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce updates (accounts, contacts, opportunities, tasks)
Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to support pipeline visibility
Maintain data hygiene, clean and enrich records, and resolve CRM inconsistencies
Research machine shop prospects to identify high-value targets
Collect details on key contacts, locations, and company fit
Manipulate and analyze data in Google Sheets/Excel for prospecting lists and sales insights
Send templated follow-up emails with tailored content and attachments
Support outbound outreach efforts (email, phone, LinkedIn) to secure intro meetings
Track and log all outreach activities in Salesforce
Build itineraries, schedules, and prep materials for the Account Executive during travel and meetings
Coordinate logistics: meeting times, locations, research documents, and prospect intel
Ensure smooth follow-ups with collateral/documentation post-meetings
Partner with the AE during intro calls (support role)
Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and account research
Collaborate with sales leadership and partner teams to maintain alignment

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, sales operations, or account coordination
Strong expertise in Salesforce administration/configuration (workflows, reports, dashboards)
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data cleaning, enrichment, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to handle sales logistics support (itineraries, scheduling, follow-ups)
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or automation-related sectors
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Clay
Familiarity with AI tools for sales prospecting and workflow automation
Knowledge of robotics/automation is a plus (but not required)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
