They are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead and expand commercial activities in Reproductive Genetics across Europe, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial and business development strategy for Reproductive Genetics in Europe or assigned territories

Drive growth of the reproductive genetics portfolio

Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with IVF clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and key opinion leaders

Lead negotiations and closing of high-value commercial agreements

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Collaborate closely with internal teams (medical, marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure successful implementation of commercial strategies

Represent the company at international congresses, conferences, and industry events

Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration

Prepare commercial forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership, preferably within genetics, IVF, reproductive medicine, or life sciences

Proven experience managing European markets or multi-country territories

Strong knowledge of Reproductive Genetics, PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR, Carrier Screening

Demonstrated success in building and growing complex B2B partnerships

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

High level of scientific and clinical understanding, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory

Full availability to travel extensively across Europe
