Server Administrator
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled and proactive Server Administrator to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Level 2 troubleshooting, server patching, Active Directory management, and Office 365 administration.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute endpoint patching processes to ensure all devices are up-to-date and secure
Oversee the O365 environment, including user management, license allocation, and troubleshooting
Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user account management and security settings
Provide advanced support for server-related issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems
Monitor endpoint performance and health, ensuring optimal operation and quick resolution of any issues
Implement and manage backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall IT infrastructure and projects
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong experience in server patching, Active Directory management, and Office 365 administration
Minimum 9 years of experience
Must have 7 years of experience in Desktop Management
Proficient in using patching tools such as SCCM and QUALYS
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
Ability to organize and prioritize diverse workload under pressure
Preferred
Experience with MDM management
Knowledge of backup and storage processes
Experience in system monitoring and client administration
