Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver OneStream solutions tailored to client needs
Configure and customize OneStream environments, creating proofs of concept and presenting sustainable solutions to key stakeholders
Translate business requirements into OneStream functionality in partnership with Solution Managers and Strategy teams
Facilitate workshops to define implementation approaches and project strategies
Develop custom scripted solutions following industry best practices
Conduct internal testing and support client user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
Support pre-sales activities by evaluating project scope and effort alongside sales teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles
Train end-users on system processes and functionality
Travel up to 50%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
3–5 years of experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other corporate performance management (CPM) platforms
Skilled at gathering business requirements and translating them into effective ERP, CRM, or PSA solutions
Experience with VB.net, Visual Basic, or similar scripting languages for business rule development
Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and core accounting principles
Expertise in corporate finance processes, including financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
Familiar with solution delivery methodologies and capable of leading teams through end-to-end implementations
Experience estimating project scope, defining team structures, and managing deliverables
Comfortable leading client workshops to share best practices and technology insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments
Effective communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to executives, clients, and internal teams
