Maintain standardized documentation workflows and follow HIPAA privacy guidelines
Use remote systems and secure cloud databases to manage daily work tasks
Assist with generating internal reports and supporting audits or quality reviews
Collaborate with the team to improve documentation processes and identify data-related issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in healthcare data entry, administrative support, or medical office work
Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
Preferred
associate degree preferred
Familiarity with EMR platforms and healthcare terminology is beneficial
