Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions
Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support FP&A and incentive compensation processes
Lead new model development and enhancements, ensuring solutions are integrated, optimized, and user-friendly
Maintain and refine existing Anaplan models, introducing automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and optimal application performance
Stay current with Anaplan platform updates and leverage new features to improve planning and analytics capabilities
Collaborate with finance, IT, and offshore teams to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with business objectives
Document technical specifications, system configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference

Required

Minimum 5 years of Anaplan experience, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models
Strong understanding of FP&A, performance reporting, analytics, budgeting, and forecasting
Proven ability to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions that streamline processes and enhance user experience
Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
Proactive communicator and effective collaborator, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
