Responsibilities
Support customers and live site operation with a team of DevOps engineers
Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, security, quality
Partner with product management, partners, customers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects and ship products in rapid, iterative cycles
Architecture and design of software systems
Hire, coach, and grow a world-class team of software engineers

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
4+ years people management experience
5+ years of experience operating online services
Experience in Cybersecurity
Experience designing solutions on Entra ID (Azure AD), Access Management, Identity Provisioning and Azure
Experience on building and operating high scale services
