Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and product roadmaps
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of engineers
Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new tools, technologies, and best practices
Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all product development efforts
Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep products competitive and forward-looking
Qualification
Required
Strong technical expertise in product development
Proven leadership experience
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams
Experience managing the full product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance
Ability to define technical requirements and product roadmaps
Experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of engineers
Ability to drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new tools, technologies, and best practices
Knowledge of scalability, performance, and security in product development
