Performing assessments

Helping to develop individualized recovery plans

Determining appropriate levels of care

Placing individuals in those levels of care

Ensuring that care is delivered according to contract standards

Visiting beneficiaries in the community

Charting

Acting as a liaison with a large numbers of community providers

Covering meetings and represent our office

Assisting in covering the front desk to screen calls

Transporting clients in a state vehicle to appointments

Qualification

Mental health experienceBachelor's degree

Required

Bachelor degree

valid driver's license

experience in the mental health field is beneficial
