Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of water resources, stormwater, and civil infrastructure projects
Prepare engineering plans, calculations, and technical reports
Manage tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and contractors
Perform internal QA/QC reviews of designs and deliverables
Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
Support construction phase services and project implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Florida PE license with at least 3+ years post-licensure experience
Experience in water resources, stormwater, or public-sector civil projects
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
Preferred
8+ years total civil engineering experience
Working knowledge of ICPR, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or GIS tools
Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting and design regulations
