Responsibilities
Underwrite US cyber and cyber/tech open-market business in the South Central Region (TX, OK, LA and AR)
Analyze risk, setting pricing, and undertaking policy review
Negotiate with brokers on new and renewal business
Assist in helping set the divisional strategy, including engagement in the business-planning process
Develop business, including identifying new distribution, products and relationships
Build and manage relationships domestically and internationally, including brokers and cover-holders
Represent Mosaic in client meetings
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience in a combination of relevant roles, to include cyber underwriting or broking
Established relationships with West Coast brokers and distribution partners
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
Strong written and oral communication skills
Highly focused, enthusiastic, and creative thinker
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a prompt and professional manner
Ability to negotiate with sophisticated advisors and clients
Ability to be proactive, work independently, and make decisions
General knowledge of and ability to comprehend cyber and tech insurance products
Act as a representative of Mosaic by attending client meetings, broker engagements and industry events
Create a sales and marketing plan to identify new business opportunities
