Web Developer/SharePoint (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom applications, web parts, and workflows using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies within SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online and potentially on-premise versions)
Utilize the SharePoint framework (SPFx), REST APIs, PnP (Patterns and Practices) libraries, and potentially classic customization methods (e.g., JSLink, custom actions) to extend and enhance SharePoint functionality
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js), ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance
Work closely with customer stakeholders and program management to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for existing SharePoint solutions
Adhere to established coding standards, participate in code reviews, and stay current with emerging web technologies and Microsoft 365 updates to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
Qualification
Required
15 years of professional experience in Web development
Proven experience customizing and developing solutions for SharePoint (SharePoint Online/M365 required; experience with SharePoint Server 2016/2019 is a bonus)
Strong proficiency in core web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass
Experience with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building modern web parts and extensions
Familiarity with consuming SharePoint REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Preferred
Familiarity with React.js (or another modern front-end library) as the default framework for SPFx projects
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate/Flow, Power Apps) for low-code solutions integration
Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
Microsoft Certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate)
