Responsibilities
Lead strategic transformation programs (Target Operating Models, CRM, portfolio & risk management, outsourcing)
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives at leading asset and wealth managers
Build and grow client accounts through relationship management and business development
Mentor and develop high-performing teams, shaping the next generation of consultants
Contribute to firm-wide leadership and thought leadership in the AWM industry
Qualification
Required
10+ years' consulting or change delivery experience in Asset/Wealth Management
Strong expertise across front-to-back operations & technology (distribution, portfolio management, risk, outsourcing)
Proven record in business development, client relationship management, and stakeholder influence
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel
bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA/CFA a plus
