Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions

Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree)

Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience implementing SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP and Supplier Risk

Proven track record of leading at least two full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementations

Experience with waterfall and agile implementation methodologies

Team Lead experience, having led team of SAP Ariba consultants

Strong understanding of procurement best practices and source-to-pay processes

Experience with SAP ECC/S4 integration and ability to diagnose integration issues

Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Experience with supplier enablement programs and catalog development

Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls related to procurement systems

Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong personal and professional values; entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred

SAP Ariba P2P certification

Experience with complex delivery programs involving multiple parties

Background in developing and delivering SAP Ariba training programs as well as support of change management programs

Experience with AI, including SAP Joule

Experience integrating tax engines with SAP Ariba

Experience supporting sales and business development

Experience in managing client relationships and expectations

A strong background in technology analysis and implementation

Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives
