The EDI Delivery Specialist will support backend clearinghouse operations, managing payer file transfers and troubleshooting EDI transactions to ensure timely and accurate data delivery while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Move payer and EDI files across backend directories that are not automated

Review and troubleshoot payer files that fail to upload successfully

Communicate with payers to resolve missing ERA files and other data delivery concerns

Document issues and resolutions to support process improvements

Escalate complex technical problems to senior specialists when needed

Ensure compliance and data quality standards in all file management activities

Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent data flow across the clearinghouse

Required

High school diploma or equivalent experience

At least 1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or related support roles

Familiarity with EDI transactions and healthcare data delivery processes
