The Automotive BDC Representative will manage customer communication to convert leads into scheduled sales or service appointments, focusing on building rapport and driving showroom and service traffic.

Responsibilities
Lead Management: Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and website inquiries
Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments for the showroom and service appointments for the service department
Customer Follow-Up: Confirm appointments, reschedule no-shows, and maintain contact with customers
Communication: Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with a courteous and professional manner, often using scripts
CRM/Database Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, update information, and track leads in the dealership's software
Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership offerings
Sales Support: Assist sales and service teams by ensuring leads are properly handled and customers are prepared for their visit
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and CRM proficiency
High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and knack for sales/marketing
Preferred
Previous experience is preferred
