Keystone Custom Homes is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support the CEO’s projects with administrative tasks. The intern will assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing communications, as well as providing event planning support for the 2026 HOPE International Golf Tournament and other activities.

Responsibilities

Aid in the drafting, proofreading, and editing of personalized communications uniform with the voice of the CEO and HOPE International

Support the CEO’s Seven Step Thank You Strategy and other related tasks such as organizing, assembling, and sending thank you notes and gifts to donors

Event-related tasks leading up to the execution of the golf tournament and onsite support for the golf tournament

Support the golf committee in our donor appreciation luncheon, which may include sourcing catering, location, and assembling an agenda

Track data using Microsoft Excel

Exploring and researching additional donor avenues, including bringing new ideas to the current donor strategy
