Responsibilities

Ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems and standards across global sites
Leading root cause analysis and driving effective corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
Supporting new product development and process changes by providing quality expertise and risk assessments
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial—to achieve quality objectives
Managing customer and supplier quality requirements, including audits, documentation, and resolution of complaints
Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Promoting a culture of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the organization
Providing training and guidance on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices
Representing the company in customer and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Supporting global harmonization of quality processes and sharing best practices across regions

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in quality engineering within the composites, advanced materials, or specialty chemicals industries
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements relevant to composites manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Experience with customer and supplier quality management, including audits, complaint resolution, and corrective actions
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Proficiency in English
Authorization to work in the United States
A strong technical background in engineering, materials science, or a related field
Hands-on experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and functions
Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in addressing challenges
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Customer focus and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Integrity, professionalism, and a passion for advancing innovation in materials science
