Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive innovation and business intelligence strategy for the Legal Department
Lead initiatives to automate workflows and enhance process efficiency
Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights, including contract performance metrics and outside counsel spend analysis
Manage and mentor a team of four professionals
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with enterprise priorities
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and inspire change
Expertise in workflow automation tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, Copilot)
Strong background in contract analytics and legal spend optimization
Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and decision-making
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
