Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the Virgin Islands at the time of application

During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice in the Virgin Islands

Candidates must possess 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably including labor and employment experience, and a strong interest in developing a practice representing employers in labor and employment matters

Candidates must possess experience with all aspects of discovery, including conducting and defending or supporting the defense of depositions, and preferably must possess experience representing employers before administrative agencies, in arbitration, and in bench or jury trials

Candidate must have experience preparing dispositive motions and must be able to provide excellent written and analytical work reflecting a strong attention to detail
