AV Technician/ Video Operations Technician
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an AV Technician to deliver exceptional audio-visual experiences in high-profile corporate environments. The role involves operating video bridges, coordinating with support teams, and troubleshooting AV equipment to ensure seamless functionality during events.

Responsibilities
Operate video bridges to support high-visibility support incidents
Coordinate with event and executive support teams for equipment pre-checks and quality control of events
Assist with audio, video conferencing, touch panels, and deskside involving Unified Communications
Perform preventative maintenance on UC equipment to ensure full functionality of all endpoints
Troubleshoot projectors and screens, replace projector lamps, and coordinate RMA vendor returns when needed
Identify root cause incidents and expedite resolution with vendors, providing timely status updates to the team
Proactively monitor endpoints and escalate to site owners as necessary
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
5 years of IT experience with hardware and software support in a corporate environment
Extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting AV equipment such as Polycom and Crestron solutions in conference room settings
Excellent customer service skills and detail-oriented in a highly energetic corporate environment
Proficient in audio signal flows
Experience with ServiceNow or other Helpdesk software
Team player who works well with others in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
AV Console Programming is a plus
Scripting in PowerShell is also a plus
