Castelan Commercial Services is part of the Castelan Group, a diverse organisation specialising in planned and preventative maintenance and supply chain solutions for all furnishing assets. We are seeking a Sales Estimator to join our Commercial Services team, responsible for analysing customer requirements, preparing project estimates, and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and gather detailed information for accurate estimates
Prepare scopes of work and quotations for commercial projects
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and delivered on time
Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business growth
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and proposals

Required

Proven experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills
Background in estimating jobs and preparing detailed proposals

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based environment
Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK
