Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and administer all aspects of the After Action Review (AAR) process

Configure, maintain, and support Milestone XProtect AAR or comparable platforms

Ensure proper collection, storage, and retrieval of recordings, logs, and mission-critical data

Coordinate with technical and operational teams to capture key events and produce high-quality AAR outputs

Troubleshoot system issues, perform routine maintenance, and support version upgrades

Maintain detailed documentation, configuration records, and AAR process workflows

Provide user support, training, and guidance on AAR tools and procedures

Maintain compliance with all security, privacy, and data retention requirements

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience as an After Action Review (AAR) Administrator

Certified in Milestone XProtect AAR OR equivalent verifiable experience

Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen
