Responsibilities

Responsible for in-process and final inspection of Thermal, Night Vision, Laser and Fused systems

Perform visual inspections of electrical components, sub-assemblies and assemblies using magnifiers, microscopes, and other non-complex tools

Perform functional test of final assemblies

Review of documentation (route sheets, test sheets, logbooks, etc.)

Document non-conformances for immediate action

Perform internal Calibration, Chemical, Work Instruction, ESD and Process audits

Work with QE, ME, QT to recommend inspection process improvements
