Responsibilities

Configure, build, install, and maintain clinical applications under the direction of a Team Lead or Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues during projects and operational support

Analyze workflows and operational requirements to ensure optimal system configuration

Perform detailed investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality

Analyze new application releases to determine workflow and configuration impacts

Build and maintain databases and tables during system configuration

Conduct system testing, validation, and conversion data verification

Develop and maintain internal procedures and change control documentation

Create user training materials and deliver end-user training

Provide 7x24 on-call support during training, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations

Required

Strong Epic Cupid experience, including both implementation and ongoing application support

Epic Radiant experience with ability to support on-call rotation for both Cupid and Radiant applications

Demonstrated experience supporting clinical workflows within cardiology service lines

Ability to independently manage medium-sized projects or components of large, complex initiatives

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, IT staff, and leadership

Epic Cupid Certification (required)

Epic Radiant Certification (required)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping users adopt technology solutions

Proven ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, clinical environments
