Hire and build the right team for the Product Management organization

Establish a Product Management org including Design and set best practices

Drive higher retention or LTV and affect retention/churn

Work with a Co-Founder to take the company to the next level

Required

8+ years of experience in PM, across the full lifecycle (strategy and delivery). Ideally, you are a seasoned Series A or B Product Leader (1st or early Product hire) who knows what it takes to build a successful business

Strong experience hiring and developing PMs. You'll inherit a couple of people and will have the freedom to hire additional PMs in 2026 to achieve your goals

Extensive experience establishing a Product Management org (including Design) and setting best practices

A strong track record in driving higher retention or LTV and affecting retention/churn is a key part of their continued growth. You'll need to have strong experience in this area too
