Engage the model on sewing and production-line scenarios
Validate whether its understanding of sewing operations reflects real-world practice
Evaluate descriptions of machine use and line coordination
Analyze workflow inefficiencies or errors
Document gaps in model understanding
Provide feedback to improve how the model reasons about garment production work
Qualification
Required
Hands-on knowledge of sewing machines
Experience working within garment production lines
Experience with sewing line operations
Experience with task flow between stations
Experience as a multi-purpose manufacturing operator that supports material movement and production efficiency
Ability to challenge AI models on realistic sewing and assembly scenarios
Ability to validate AI's understanding of sewing operations
Ability to evaluate descriptions of machine use and line coordination
Ability to analyze workflow inefficiencies or errors
Ability to document gaps in model understanding
Ability to provide feedback to improve AI model reasoning about garment production work
General sewing and garment manufacturing experience
Familiarity with industrial sewing machines
Familiarity with assembly-line processes
Familiarity with day-to-day production operations
Clear communication skills
Ability to explain how sewing work happens in production settings
