10+ years expIMCS Group is seeking a Senior GTS IT Project Manager to lead a multi-year Identity Access Management (IAM) program. The role involves managing project and program delivery, ensuring alignment with business units, and providing expert guidance throughout the IAM program lifecycle.

All aspects of program management for a multi-year IAM transformation program
Lead and manage IAM program workstreams:

Application Integrations
Joiner / Mover / Leaver Lifecycle Management
Entitlement Review and Validation
Collaborate with cybersecurity, HR, IT operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful integration of IAM capabilities
Manage program governance, including steering committee updates, risk mitigation, and change control across IAM-related projects
Provide consulting, delivery assurance, health checks and expert guidance on all phases of IAM program delivery, including business case development, financial impact analysis, project scoping, risk assessment, and execution
Manage interdependencies and common critical path milestones across the projects, facilitating risk management, issue escalation/resolution, scope change and implementation planning
Direct decision-making, communications, problem resolution, and other associated activities during all phases of the IAM program using a proactive and positive approach
Promote formal communication methods and establish open and consistent communication with all levels within the organization
Provides appropriate progress updates to management, steering committees, project boards and other stakeholders, using both formal and informal channels
Responsible for consulting, directing, mentoring, and checking the work of other project management professionals. Directs activities of multiple project managers responsible for individual projects within a program; holds teams accountable for meeting goals and objectives
Identifies and leads program and project process improvement activities
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to diverse teams and situations
Proven leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and principles, with strong technical and analytical skills
Experience managing large-scale IAM programs, including lifecycle management and entitlement reviews
Familiarity with IAM platforms, preferably SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud, IdentityNow or IdentityIQ)
Experience managing programs with budgets exceeding ***M and durations of 3+ years
Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years managing complex, multi-system or multi-department projects
Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements related to identity and access management
Preferred
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Experience in the insurance of financial services industry
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, NYDFS or HIPAA as they relate to IAM
