Responsibilities

Driving full-cycle ICT engineering design across large-scale data center and smart building projects
Making impactful technical decisions related to structured cabling, fiber and copper plant design, pathways, and physical-layer architecture
Setting design direction, authoring specifications, and shaping technical standards across projects
Producing and reviewing high-quality design documentation using AutoCAD and Revit
Leading project teams with accountability for coordination, resource planning, and QA/QC
Partnering directly with project leadership and clients to align technical solutions with business and operational objectives
Driving design execution through construction support, including site surveys, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout
Acting as a trusted technical authority and primary client-facing lead
Driving proposal development, including scope definition, schedules, and budgets
Mentoring engineers and actively shaping a high-performance, growth-oriented team
Leading the adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in ICT, structured cabling, or technology infrastructure design
Deep expertise in fiber optic and copper cabling systems and ICT design standards
Strong command of AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred
Proven ability to lead complex design efforts and drive teams with minimal oversight
Confident communicator capable of influencing clients and stakeholders
Experience mentoring engineers and elevating technical performance
Ability to operate effectively in a fully remote environment

Preferred

Revit experience preferred
Preferred certifications: RCDD and/or CCIE
