Hands-On Setup: Configure, install, and manage Windows and Mac-based computers for clients
System Guardian: Monitor systems daily to ensure optimal performance and hardware integrity
Adapt and Execute: Handle change requests across various systems and services with precision
Innovate: Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to elevate client environments
Tech Hero: Provide both onsite and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly
Network Mastery: Set up and maintain routers, switches, and access points for seamless connectivity
Stay Organized: Document tasks, procedures, and essential client system details thoroughly
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain effective IT solutions
Client-Focused: Attend onsite appointments in detail-oriented environments to meet technical needs
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years in IT support or a related technical field
A+ and/or Network+ certifications (or equivalent knowledge)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage tasks and work autonomously without constant supervision
A valid driver's license for travel to client locations
Familiarity with PC desktops, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 environments
Knowledge of desktop imaging and basic network troubleshooting
Understanding of VLAN configurations and desktop hardware
