Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable governance frameworks and new workflows for content authors
Create internal resources and enablement programs for consistent, high-quality content delivery
Drive adoption of governance practices through training, onboarding, and leadership in governance committee meetings
Apply industry best practices for content governance, enhancing GEO & SEO discoverability and digital content strategies
Utilize data insights to refine authoring guidelines, ensuring content effectiveness and discoverability

Qualification

Program ManagementContent StrategyDigital MarketingSEO/GEOWorkflow Automation Tools

Required

Proven experience in program management and operationalizing scalable processes
Strong knowledge and expertise in content strategy, governance, and digital marketing
Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA) and familiarity with content analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus)
Prior experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role within the tech industry, preferably with a focus on learning platforms or customer education/content governance
