Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and deploy AI agentic systems and multi-agent frameworks that automate complex workflows and enable intelligent decision-making
Own the entire lifecycle of our agentic solutions, from initial design and prototyping to deployment and maintenance
Mentor and guide a team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Architect and build powerful AI agent applications, leveraging platforms like AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and other cutting-edge cloud technologies to create intelligent workflows, automate tasks, and enable sophisticated, goal-driven systems
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including infrastructure, business teams, and technology partners, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in designing and implementing AI agents and multi-agent systems
Hands-on experience with building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)
Expertise in leveraging AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI to create scalable and cost-effective AI solutions, with a focus on A2A, ADK, LangChain, LangGraph for advanced agentic workflows
Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation and the ability to develop complex AI solutions
Familiar with databases such as DynamoDB, S3, Postgres, SQL Server and possibly MySQL
Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB for managing agent memory and retrieval systems
