Responsibilities
Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings
Review notices, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
Prepare and respond to written inquiries and disputes
Attend and argue motions and hearings before Georgia courts
Participate in mediation sessions
Advise clients throughout the bankruptcy process
Qualification
Required
Active admission to the Georgia bar for State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts, with CM/ECF filing credentials
Ability to travel to courts throughout Georgia as needed
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Minimum 2 years of experience representing creditors in bankruptcy/insolvency matters
Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with teams and senior management
Preferred
Experience collaborating with senior management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
