Responsibilities
You transform briefings, research notes and topic outlines into clean, structured and high-quality inputs for our AI content tool
You use LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude and our in-house systems to support research, ideation and drafting always with a focus on clarity, logic and accuracy
You identify relevant angles, pain points and key messaging elements based on ICP and topic
You collaborate closely with experienced content strategists and writers who guide your learning and push you to grow
You support quality checks by reviewing AI outputs for correctness, clarity and alignment with guidelines
Qualification
Required
Strong writing skills: you express ideas clearly, logically and in well-structured German
High confidence in using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) or strong motivation to master them quickly
Precise, detail-oriented and structured way of working
Curiosity and motivation to dive into new B2B and technology topics
Native-level German with excellent grammar, tone and clarity
Reliability, independence and a strong quality mindset
Preferred
First experience writing blog articles or other content
Background in journalism, media, writing projects or communications
Strong English skills (C1 or native)
