Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through application processes for various assistance programs
Help customers complete their applications over the phone, review income documentation, and ensure accurate processing to determine eligibility
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using our systems
Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet program goals and deliver outstanding service
Qualification
Required
